Privacy policy
義班迪商店 (Espandi Sport, Taiwan business ID 94438048, "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process and use your personal data when you use espandisport.com (the "site"), in line with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Order details: the name, mobile number, email address, delivery method, pickup store or delivery address and order note you enter at checkout, and the products and amounts you buy.
- Payment details: payment is completed on ECPay's payment page. ECPay handles your card number directly; this site never sees or stores it. We only receive the payment method, the result and a transaction number.
- Contact details: anything you send us by email, LINE or another channel.
- Browsing data: your cart is stored in your own browser. If the site uses an analytics tool, it collects statistics such as pages viewed, device and referrer that do not directly identify you.
Why we collect it
- To process orders, take payment, ship and handle returns and exchanges
- To send order confirmations and payment and shipping updates
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
- To keep transaction and accounting records required by law
- To understand how the site is used and improve it and our products
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only as far as needed for the purposes above:
- ECPay: payment by credit card, ATM transfer, convenience-store payment code and cash on pickup.
- Carriers: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart and T-CAT (Black Cat) receive the recipient's name, mobile number and pickup store or address through ECPay's logistics service to make the delivery.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and the order database.
- Resend: order emails.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it or a court or government authority lawfully requests it.
How long and where we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for the period required by law, such as Taiwan's Business Entity Accounting Act (generally five years), then deleted or de-identified. Data may be stored on our service providers' servers outside Taiwan and is protected by their security measures.
Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- Let you check or view your personal data
- Give you a copy of it
- Add to or correct it
- Stop collecting, processing or using it
- Delete it
Email espanditaiwan@gmail.com and we will act on your request once we have confirmed your identity. Transaction records we must keep by law may not be deleted before that period ends. You may choose not to give us your data, but we cannot complete an order without the details it needs.
Security
The whole site uses HTTPS, order links are signed, and only authorised staff can sign in to the admin area.
Changes
We may update this policy when the law or our services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
