Shipping policy

- Most items are in stock; pre-order or made-to-order items show their expected dispatch time on the product page.

- Store pickup and home delivery in Taiwan are free when the goods come to NT$1,500 or more after discounts; otherwise store pickup is NT$60 and home delivery NT$120. SF Express to Hong Kong is a flat NT$200 and is never free.

- Orders are generally dispatched the same day or the next working day.

- Actual dispatch times may vary slightly depending on order volume, and we appreciate your understanding.

- All deliveries require the recipient's real name. If collection fails because the buyer entered incorrect recipient details, the buyer covers the cost of re-delivery.

- If a parcel is returned because the buyer did not collect it, the buyer covers the cost of re-delivery.
