Return process

Still feel it's not suitable? No problem at all, just follow these steps to apply:

Step 1|Add LINE customer service and provide your order number + refund account

After our confirmation, we will provide you with a convenience store tracking number for return, and we will cover the shipping fee.

Step 3|We will process your refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the item.

 

Return Conditions

  • Apply within 30 days of purchase
  • Product must be in its original complete packaging, with all accessories included
  • We understand that protective gear needs to be worn to assess its fit, so minor signs of use are completely acceptable.
  • Products that have been washed or are obviously damaged cannot be accepted.
