Terms of service

Welcome to espandisport.com (the "site"), run by 義班迪商店 (Espandi Sport, Taiwan business ID 94438048, "we"). By browsing or buying on the site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Orders

• After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. The sale is agreed once we have confirmed the order and it is paid, or you have chosen cash on pickup.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail is clearly shown in error, or the order details are incomplete or appear to be misused. We will let you know, and any payment will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). The price shown when you place the order applies.
• You can pay by credit card, ATM transfer, convenience-store payment code or cash on pickup. Payments are processed by ECPay.
• ATM and payment-code orders must be paid before the deadline shown; unpaid orders do not go ahead.

Delivery

We deliver to 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart stores for pickup, and to your door. See the shipping policy for dispatch times, fees and pickup notes. Please enter the recipient's correct name and mobile number, as stores check the recipient's name at pickup.

30-day trial and returns

• Within 30 days of purchase, you can return a product in its original, complete packaging with all accessories, and we cover return shipping. See the 30-day guarantee for how it works.
• Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may also cancel the purchase without giving a reason within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Medical devices

Some products are medical devices. Read the instructions before use and follow them. A brace gives support but does not replace a doctor's diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, an injury or lasting discomfort, consult a doctor or physiotherapist first.

Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, trademarks and design on this site belong to us or their owners. Do not copy, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site running and its information accurate, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or events beyond our control. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect your rights under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act or other laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Both sides will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Unless the law provides otherwise, the Taiwan Taichung District Court is the court of first instance.
