    Adjust the shoulder straps, slide your arms through and position the support flat against your back.

  2. Adjust until comfortable

    Gently adjust and fasten the straps. Add the included underarm pads where needed to reduce rubbing.

  3. Ease into your routine

    The product instructions recommend starting with 30 minutes. Build up gradually, take breaks and stop if you feel discomfort.

What is included in each set?

The standard set includes the support strap, underarm pads and a storage bag. The other two sets also include a figure-eight resistance band and a massage ball in blue or pink. Choose your set above before adding to cart.

Q: Can both men and women use it?
